- We aim to send orders out within 3 working days, 7 working days and more during Christmas period (Oct-Nov-Dec)
- Hermes aims to then deliver your order within 3 working days after receiving it.
- We use an advanced image processing technology to convert your basic 2D/3D photo picture to an absolutely stunning 3D appearance inside your selected crystal and as such we require time to process your image into a work of art.
- Please provide a telephone number at checkout as this enables safe and quick delivery by our couriers (My Hermes)
- If you require your order to be shipped to an address other than your registered Paypal or payment card address, please email us beforehand. This is to protect both seller and buyer against online fraud and in accordance with Paypal and WorldPay terms.
