With 2D engraving, we take the whole image you send, adjust and enhance to fit the crystal chosen and engrave. Unlike 3D where we take the person/Pet or object convert to 3D before we engrave.

Please note .. you will find 3D crystals more expensive as the more people or pets you add, this is due to the time it takes our design team to convert each individual image to 3d format for engraving.
