Nothing can replicate the actual depth, clarity of a 3d engraving. However the previews do give you a visual guide of how the person(s) will look in the crystal of your choice, this where you can decide to specify certain adjustments you would like to see in the final result.

Previews are usually sent to you within 10 hours.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, however this will change during busy periods ie Christmas Time
